At French Broad River Brewery, we host a variety of special events throughout the year. We offer both indoor and outdoor experiences from live concerts and seasonal festivals to community gatherings and fundraisers. Whether you’re attending a community event, enjoying an intimate live performance inside the taproom, or dancing the night away at one of our large outdoor concerts, there’s always something exciting happening at the brewery.
Indoor and Outdoor Shows
Our indoor events take place inside of our vibrant taproom, where you can enjoy live music in an intimate setting. For larger events, we move the party outside. When we host outdoor shows, we work with our sister business, Asheville Music Hall to transform the spacious parking lot behind our back patio into the perfect outdoor venue. We build a large stage, VIP and ADA accommodating areas, and more, offering an open-air vibe with plenty of room to dance. Both our indoor and outdoor venues allow space for local vendors to join in selling unique goods, embracing the spirit of Asheville.
What to Expect at Outdoor Events:
- Live Music & Performances: Featuring local and regional talent across a variety of genres.
- Additional Bars: Grab your favorite craft beers, wines, and ciders easily from our outdoor bars.
- Food Options: No need to stop for dinner before making your way to the show. Our on-site pizza shop, French Broad River Pizza is your go to for pre-show appetizers, set break snacks, or a complete dinner.
- Local Vendors: Explore food trucks, artisan vendors, and more.

The amount of smiling faces and dancing bodies we had on site for AVL FEST this weekend warmed our hearts! With so many amazing musical acts happening all around town, we appreciated each and every person who decided to come out to our taproom to see the acts on both our indoor and outdoor stages.
