Fronted by Asheville-based singer Gill Francis, The Gill Francis Band weaves together the warmth of Southern storytelling, the depth of soul, and the freedom of modern jazz. Backed by an all-star lineup — Justin Stanton (keyboards & trumpet), David Katilius (bass), Chris Everett (guitar), and Brandon Phelps (drums) — the group brings rich harmony, groove, and improvisation to the stage. Their sound flows from heartfelt ballads to rhythm-driven jams, all grounded in Francis’s expressive voice and magnetic presence.
