Our hazy IPA… it’s a lovely sight to see. After almost a year without our River’s Mist hazy, the time has finally come for its return! Not only on tap but also in cans 🙌🏼
We’ll keep you guys updated but it’s looking like we’ll have this on in the taproom sometime next week and it should be appearing in local retail spots in the next two weeks! We’re definitely super excited for this one.
Soon we’ll have our full lineup of beers back and that’s all thanks to Aaron and our amazing brewing team🎉

Today we want to give a big shoutout to local business, Standard Plumbing, not only for the extensive work they put in to help us get our taproom back up and running, but also for the continued effort they’re putting into finishing up our pizza shop 🍕
Like with most of our projects, we wanted to start by seeing if someone in our community could help. Cam reached out to his friend Elliot to see if Standard Plumbing might be up for the job - and owner Adam, Elliot, and their team immediately stepped up to the plate.
Standard Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with and they continue to deliver results that go above and beyond. It’s felt like working alongside friends, yet every detail has been handled with the utmost professionalism and skill, and for that, we couldn’t be more appreciative!

Bring the doggos, and your human trivia teammates, claim your table, bring some food, drink a couple rounds of beers, put your trivia skills to the test, and maybe win a prize. Something great about Robert’s trivia is that last place wins a prize so even if you’re absolutely terrible at trivia, it’s a worthy night out.
@robertsavltrivia has been named Asheville’s best trivia year after year by many sources and we’re grateful to have him in the taproom every Tuesday! 7-9pm tonight - hope to see you all there🍻
We finally got Tres to be on camera and talk to us about some brewing things 🙌🏼 and he did a fabulous job of explaining a little bit about the brewing process and what the ingredients are in our famous Kolsch. Everything from the types of hops, yeast, & malts, where we source some of our ingredients @whitelabsbrewingcoavl, and what the steps look like from start to finish. Follow along if you’re interested in how our most popular beer is made.

*** BTW: auto-captions spelled vorlauf wrong. For those of you who are interested in the technicalities of brewing: Vorlauf (a German term meaning "recirculation" or "running ahead") is the process of recirculating the initial wort from the mash tun over the grain bed until the liquid runs clear. This step uses the grain bed as a natural filter to trap floating particles and proteins, resulting in clearer wort, better beer quality, and prevention of off-flavors before the wort is transferred to the boil kettle.

13 Rebels is back!!
Created in 2004, our interpretation of the classic UK Extra Special Bitter contains all the elements of a traditional ESB but is slightly hopper than your everyday ESB. Coming in at 5.2% ABV, it’s a bright copper colored beer with a complex malt palate that is complemented by traditional British hops, notably East Kent Golding☀️
If you know and love this beer, celebrations are in order as it’s finally back on tap for the first time this year. Come on by for a cold one🍻

Every year, our awesome regulars Al & Maggie Sharpe help us put on the best Labor Day party in town. With live music and all of our favorite people, this is definitely not an event to miss!
